Eligibility For Returns

  • Items must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized orders, including engraved items, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at hello@sumajewelryco.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  2. Pack Your Item: Securely package the item, including all original packaging and any certifications or documentation that came with the jewelry.
  3. Ship Your Return: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

  •  Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after is has been processed.
  • If you haven’t received a refund within 5-7 business days, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. There may be some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
