Processing Time
- All ready-to-ship items are processed within 2-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time for processing. Please refer to individual product descriptions for specific timelines.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
- We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5 for standard shipping within the US.
- Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $150.
- Priority shipping is available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
International Shipping
- We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- Please note that international shipping may be subject to import duties, taxes, and custom fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Carriers
- We use reputable carriers such as USPS to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condtion. Each piece is shipped in a protective box or pouch, perfect for gifting or safekeeping.
Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during the shipping process, please contact us immediately at hello@sumajewelryco.com with your order number and details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the order has been officially declared lost or has been damaged, it is the fault of the carrier and thus we cannot accept responsibility or offer a refund. We will be happy to help mitigate the issue by either offering store credit or an exchange upon receiving returned item.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you would like to change or cancel it. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
